Leonardo Kremenchuker

My name is Leo, and I am a licensed patent attorney in Southwest Florida. Over the years, I have conducted thousands of court cases across all five counties of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, including some high-profile cases.

My qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which allows me to combine legal and engineering knowledge to advise clients. I help determine what should be patented and under which patent rules, and find the most effective ways to protect inventions.

In addition to patent law, I also practice family law and bankruptcy law. I am fluent in Russian and have significant experience in immigration law.
